IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT

There is no doubt that many workers are generally dissatisfied with their current job or organizational climate prevailing at a particular time and that has become a concern for many managers. Taking into consideration the changes occurring in the labor force, these problems will become more important over time.

All the managers must act as key people in the use of techniques and personnel management concepts to improve productivity and performance at work. But here we stop to ask ourselves a question: Can the techniques of human talent management really impact on the results of a company? The answer is a "YES" definitive.
When you use the term human resource are cataloging the person as an instrument, without taking into consideration that this is the main capital, which possesses skills and characteristics that give it life, movement and action for every organization, which from now on will be later used the term human talent. 

every person is a phenomenon subject to the influence of many variables and including the differences in terms of skills and behaviour patterns are very diverse. If organizations are made up of people, the study of them constitutes the basic element to study organizations, and particularly the human talent management.
