The talent is the differential value par excellence. What does an organization and how you use it is the essence of competitive advantage. The goal then, is to get the talent gathered in an organization run synchronously and proactively, intelligently, adding value and innovation. In other words, it comes to selecting, organizing and leading. The success of an organization depends on human talent managers and how effective are the processes that apply to the company.
