Currently employees have different expectations about the job they want to play. Some employees want to work in the direction of their jobs, and want to participate in the financial gains earned by your organization. Others have so few marketable skills that employers need to redesign jobs and provide extensive training before hiring. Also, rates are changing population and workforce.
